一、摆锤冲击试验机主要适用范围及功能

适用于机械,冶金,大专院校,科研院所等各领域用来测定对塑料、尼龙、橡胶、玻璃钢、复合塑料管材、电气绝缘材料等非金属材料的冲击韧性值和检验材料的抗冲击能力。

摆锤冲击试验机该机采用德国西门子PLC进行控制,通过高精度光学编码器进行仰角数据采集,利用上位机软件进行参数设置和数据显示,自动对不同的锤头进行摩擦损耗校准和计算并保存数值,自动计算冲击强度并可以对冲击强度进行数据打印。通过电动释放锤头,具有操作使用方便,**可靠,数据精度高等优点。
This machine adopts Germany Siemens PLC control, for elevation data acquisition through high precision optical encoder, parameter settings and data show that the use of computer software, automatic on different hammer friction loss calibration and calculation and save the value, automatically calculate the impact strength and the data can be printed on the impact strength.
